1 ¼ oz. Admiral Nelson’s Coconut Rum
½ oz. Coconut milk
5 oz. pineapple juice
Instructions
Blend with a cup of ice for 10-15 seconds. Pour into a specialty glass and garnish with a pineapple spear.
