1 oz. Admiral Nelson’s Pineapple Rum
1 oz. pineapple juice
½ oz. orange liqueur
2 oz. champagne
1 dash grenadine syrup
Pour Admiral Nelson’s Pineapple Rum into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Add the orange liqueur, pineapple juice and grenadine. Shake well and strain into a Champagne glass. Top with Champagne. Garnish with a pineapple slice on the rim, and serve.
