2 oz. of Admiral Nelson’s Watermelon Rum
¼ cup of fresh cut watermelon
Juice from half a lime
2 oz. ginger beer
Fill copper mug with ice. Muddle watermelon and lime juice in mason jar.
Add crushed ice to the jar, cover tightly with lid and shake vigorously. Strain into mug and add 2 ounces of rum. Top off with ginger beer, stir, and enjoy.
